The Israel Defense Forces said on 2 November that it had killed six Hamas operatives in Gaza strikes on Saturday and on 22 October, including two Nukhba members who took part in the 7 October 2023 massacre. i24NEWS carried the six-man list. JNS reported the four northern Gaza deaths and a separate IDF statement on two more Nukhba operatives killed over the weekend.

Nukhba men from 7 October, then the rebuilders

i24NEWS reported that four of the six died on Saturday. Muhammad Kamel Musleh Qudeih, killed near Khan Younis, was identified as a participant in the attack on Kibbutz Nir Oz and as the man who kept Nukhba members at operational readiness. A strike in Nuseirat killed Diaa Abd al-Muhsin Muhammad Abu al-Rous, a Nukhba operative in Hamas’s military wing. In northern Gaza, Saturday strikes killed Nabil Hamad, a department head in Hamas’s recruitment apparatus who the IDF said was rebuilding the military wing, and Mohannad Nader Mahmoud Dahdouh, a sniper commander who had fought and attacked Israeli troops.

Two 22 October strikes in northern Gaza killed Wael Naif Fahmi Muslim, a Nukhba member who infiltrated Israel on 7 October, and Arafat Kamal Muhammad Ar’air, a squad commander in Hamas’s rocket array. JNS rendered Qudeih as Muhammad Kamel Masleh Qadih and recorded the same Nir Oz role. The IDF said all six had advanced attacks on Israeli forces and civilians and worked to restore Hamas capabilities, calling the activity systematic ceasefire violations. JNS added that precision munitions and aerial surveillance were used in the northern strikes to limit harm to noncombatants, and that Israeli troops remain deployed in Gaza under the 10 October 2025 U.S.-brokered ceasefire.

Nukhba is Hamas’s assault force from 7 October. Two of these dead men were in that force on that morning: one at Nir Oz, one as an infiltrator. The other four were recruitment, snipers, and rockets — the rebuild. The IDF’s 2 November announcements are the killing of those six and the statement that the strikes removed the threats they posed.
